Last night im in my car traveling and trying to put in a wager on under 2nd half in lville/uconn. I call heritage and proceed to be on hold for almost 15 mins.....when i attempt to make the wager they say im giving them an incorrect password, the same password ive had for a long time. Anyway, they wont accept the wager because of that.

I get home and send an email to customer service and they reply basically saying, "yeah sorry, a teller error". This is not the first time a heritage error has cost me and they never make it right. Really makes me miss thegreek.

Just wanted to vent about it.

Their customer service is bad, like you said even when it's their fault they never make it right!

The response I got from them was " your complaint has been noted". Lol.

I miss wally at the greek...a simple email when a problem occured and it was taken care of.

y'know when you miss a bet, it's going to win too

missed two winners at 4:05 last Sunday because of a slow server, two easy winners (you already know this story)
