The Green Bay Packers have reportedly agreed to a deal with former backup quarterback Matt Flynn.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the news via Twitter on Monday:

Packers are signing QB Matt Flynn.

Kevin Seifert of ESPN added some additional details on the reported move:

Flynn's elbow situation is real. Isn't 100 percent from what I've heard. But this is an emergency situation. Need Tolzien backup. #Packers

According to Mike Vandermause of the Green Bay Press-Gazette, Flynn will not be starting in Week 11:
