A coach isnt called out if hes winning or if his ideas are sound.. a coach is only called out when the masses of a team are done.. and a sr. Leader has had enough...
So I guess the answer is yes I think I its ok.. not a big supporter of it happening in college.. but whennur a pro... your a pro.. u know what works..

What comes around goes around...If they don't want their mistakes to be exposed by their coach publicly, then they shouldn't be airing that shit out in public either. There are always exceptions to the rule, but generally speaking, you need to keep that stuff inhouse the same way it's done in just about every other workplace.

Passive aggressive cowards if you ask me. Most guys doing this just don't have the stones to walk in the office and voice their opinions.

At my old work, we used to get these surveys about our management people that were "confidential". I used to just rate it all perfect and then put a note that the anonymity was bullshit, in kinder words of course.

I guess I come from the old school where the coach is the coach and the authority figure and you don't question their direction. If they aren't winning, they'll be fired but it isn't the player's job to worry about that portion. A player plays and a coach coaches.

Officials at the university north of Detroit in Rochester allege players were physically and emotionally abused. They also say Francis obsessed about their weight and pushed Christian beliefs on them.

Players waited in this instance as they should or until an RFID chip is implanted puff_>>

No you don't. Everyone works for an idiot sometimes. If they are the boss (coach), that's the end of it. Unless they are doing something that is illegal, immoral or unethical, you do your job and let them do theirs.

All of us can agree Greg Schiano is an idiot. The players that play for him that will get respect are the ones that play hard and keep their head down and do their best. This is what being a professional is about. If you run to the media and cry about the coach, everyone will question your commitment to "team."
