I am going totally against history in this series. Florida State has only beaten Florida by over 31 points once in the history of this series. That would be once in 57 games to be exact. In 1988 Florida St destroyed Florida 52-17, now 25 years later, I am calling for it to happen again.
Revenge for last years loss at home to Florida and this years team is way stronger than Florida. I don't care it's in Gainesville. What I see happening is Florida shows up with some pride after their super colossal loss and it being a rival game. They may stay close for a quarter but then the inevitable is going to happen. Florida St is going to get a couple quick scores and all that momentum and bravado from Florida is going to be gone and the rout will be on.

Florida lost to a team that had zero passing yards. ZERO. Line should sit at -24 FSU. Watch Winston get arrested on Friday. Meggs figures one last holiday with his family. I think the girls wants a settlement from the school, the po po and maybe even the state. Not sure how she could get one from Winston unless it is based on future earnings.

The No. 2 Seminoles (11-0, 8-0 ACC) play at Florida (4-7) Saturday at noon and the game will be televised on ESPN.
The spread was not announced until late Tuesday, a delay from the typical release date of Sunday. Uncertainty to both teams' quarterbacks seemed to be the reason.
FSU quarterback Jameis Winston is expected to start with news that he will not learn whether he will face criminal charges in connection with a sexual assault investigation for at least another week. A felony charge could put Winston’s playing status in jeopardy, so the update likely made line-makers comfortable with setting a spread.
Florida coach Will Muschamp listed Tyler Murphy as questionable against FSU, meaning Skyler Mornhinweg will likely start against the Seminoles.
The sizable spread comes as no surprise. FSU has the highest scoring margin in the country and has won every game by 14 points. Florida has dropped its past six games.
