you cannot still play there..they booted me 3 years ago

You don't know what you're talking about. They stopped taking deposits from U.S. players just this summer. And YES, if you have money in your acct you can still play and get a payout. Just can't deposit anymore.

Their loss though. Plenty of other places to go.

So ignorant that some books don't take American Players anymore.

All they have to do is purchase the correct domain, and don't tamper on American soil in any way and they are safe.

Kudos to those books who have a clue and take advantage of U.S. business..

Well, by accepting cash from US customers, the US DOJ views such actions as criminal. In that light, the people running SIA are not really safe.

Remember, the guy from Beton Sports was arrested by the FBI (I had an account there back in the day!)

By the way, the US has a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) with 60 countries and it is being used to arrest people for online wagering all over the world, including Canada.

I have to add: Losing the accounts at Pinnacle and the Greek really, really sucked!

Every offshore book who has gotten in trouble, in some way or another dabbled on U.S. Soil by having some type of offices, employees, or alternative funding methods set up un the U.S.. Any of those methods, (again on U.S. soil) automatically gives U.S. feds authority to go after them.
One of the methods I just mentioned was the reason Bet Jamaica & The Greek suddenly bailed on U.S. players overnight, because they were on to them.

If you notice books like 5dimes and others also changed to eu domains, to play it safe where their sites can't be seized.

5dimes and other books who still cater to U.S. players are the smart books who are up to knowledge with how it all works legally and know as long as they never set up or run through the states, they are safe...
