Here they are:

1. Florida St
2. Ohio St
3. Auburn
4. Alabama
5. Missouri

Who needs ESPN's show. I don't. I saved you from having to hear Chris Fowler's nonsense.

MiZZU would be 12-1 with an SEC CHAMPIONSHIp

Dunno??? good question ---

Bama played for the Championship and won the Championship without even winning the SEC West.

If by some chance Ohio State does lose & Missouri wins, they should be in the title game as a 12-1 record with the overall SEC Championship would be too much to ignore.

no. while Bama is still a top 2 team today, Mizzou would get the #2 in that scenario because of the SEC title factor.

you have to keep in mind Mizzou's only loss was to #8 South Carolina in 2OT by 3 points on a fluke missed 20 yd fg. it was also Mauk's 2nd career start since Franklin was hurt. so that would really help them here as well.

Agree totally. Bama shouldn't get the luxery of not winning their conference and play one less game and then back their wayinto a title game. Mo should go no question.

The above was my prediction, the first release was on ESPN's show although, I beat them to it based upon my analysis of the BCS system.

As for the scenario what if MSU beats Ohio State and MO beats Auburn, who would be #2? I think Alabama would get there. Tradition will trump one season of excellence.

They would not be able to justify it by any stretch of the imagination especially with their one loss coming the latest.

Thats exactly what happened 2 years ago.
They did not even win the SEC west 2 years ago and still won the BCS.
Do people forget that quick?

They justified it 2 years ago under the same exact scenario.

LSU win in Champ game 2 years ago made Bamas loss to them a better. An Auburn loss doesn't make the loss to Auburn better as well. It's not the same.

Now if OSU and FSU lose-- bama has a shot.
