I think Auburn beats Mizzou and MSU beats OSU. Auburn plays for all the marbles.

...............and if they lose, they are stuck playing Iowa.

Yes, similar to what happened to Mizzou a few years ago. They were #1 going into the Big 12 Championship game, lost to Oklahoma, and didn't get a BCS bowl.

Think Iowa ended up beating them later in a bowl game that year by a point......Stanzi vs Gabbert, who are both with the Jags now.

No, this was 2007, Chase Daniel was the QB, and they beat Arkansas in the Cotton Bowl

Mizzou's schedule is a damn joke. They shouldn't play for the title.

But the difference is Ohio St didn't lose. I know their schedule blew but they are playing the best team in their conference to reach a title game. The SEC east was bad this year and Mizzou didn't play Bama or LSU. Was Mizzou's nonconference schedule better than Ohio St's? Probably about even. Ohio St played a tougher conference schedule.

Mizzou played TexAM and @ Ole Miss as their cross-division rivals.

There isn't a single team in the SEC East who would have traded their crossover games for those two opponents at the start of the season.

Mizzou played 4 games without their starting QB and hasn't lost a game in regulation all season. It took a 4th and 15 completion and a missed 24 yard field Goal against a 10-2 South Carolina team who would probably beat Ohio St. by double digits.

Kansas St. and TCU would have gone undefeated with OSU's schedule.

Mizzou would beat LSU as UGA did if not worse.

Mizzou has the one of the best D lines (if not the best) in the game....and their WRs are the best core group in the game. The QB isn't bad and their O line is tough.

The best of the SEC East (USCe, Mizzou, & UGA) would all go unbeaten in the Big 10.

I hope OSU doesn't lose so they can beat the hell beat out of them by FSU.......then we won't have to hear anymore out of the Buckeyes for a few more years.
