Posted this in wrong forum initially, I think I want it here.

Alright, I got loopholed by 5dimes today. An outfit I've probably donated $20,000 to in the past 10 years. I've finally had enough with the way they treat their customers and am moving on from them.

As some of you may know, they had a promotion that runs from Nov 4th to December 31st.

Must have made 7 consecutive deposits from November 4, 2013 through December
31, 2013. (Incoming account to account transfers are excluded from this
promotion.)

Must have lost the full amount of the prior 7 deposits in order to be
credited with the 8th deposit "On the House". (No payouts can be processed
between the 7 consecutive lost deposits.)

Must have lost the full amount of the 8th deposit "On the House" in order to
be credited the 9th deposit "On the House".

This morning I was about to make another deposit afterr getting my ass kicked on the Ohio State game, when I realize, whoa, I mighta filled my bonus here. I check and sure enough, I had actually made EIGHT deposits in this time period of similar amount. Well back just after deposit #2, I made a futures wager on Arizona Cardinals +5500 to win the NFC. $13 to win $715. I was informed by customer support that because this bet was pending, I was not eligible for the deposit. I said fine. Grade the bet a loser. They refused. I said fine. Since it was after deposit #2, then #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, and #8 makes 6 in a row, I'll make one more deposit and that'll be 7, if I lose that then I'll get the bonus after that right? NO!!!

Bruce: regardless if you have made 20 deposits since Nov 4th, you cannot have pending wagers or available balance from those deposits on

Basically until that's graded I can't get the bonus. And it likely won't get graded until AFTER the promotion is over, then I'll be SOL again.

A complete and total screwjob. I'll never give them another nickle. To treat long-term customers like that is a complete and total disgrace. SHAME ON 5dimes! Don't make any futures wagers if you plan on trying for this promotion.

Yea that's pretty much BS.

I understand your frustration but technically they are correct.
This is a tough call.

It's not about being correct, it's about the customer always being right. You gave them 7+ deposits already, the least they could do is throw you a bone and grade the wager as a loss. Some people are just petty,

the fact they would even check that detail of a pending wager tells the whole story...5 dimes are complete assholes, have freerolled players for a decade now..

but so few options for USA post up players...

For certain if I owned the sport book and if this guy is as big a loser as he says he is I would without hesitation give him the bonus with a smile on my face.

Im amazed at how companies make dumb decisions based on being technically right.

What do you mean by free rolling players for a decade?

I almost signed in to post my own thread on my experience with 5D today. There are a few things that I don't understand that people say. A) Why do people act like they have a hard time getting money out of 5D?...Ive had probably 6-8 withdraws over the last year of $2,500 from them and they are all flawless. I'd never check them with a check but why do people act like its hard to withdraw?...this is something I've wondered for a long time.

On to his post. THIS morning I signed in to ask if I could get a Cash Back bonus for the month, 15% of losses. I redeemed one 2 weeks ago for $865 (15% of my months losses) yes I know I'm a losing sports gambler. Anyways I decided I was tired of depositing so signed in to see what I could get today. First person I talked to said I was no eligible for a month cash back because my last one was 11/24. I said ok fine and signed off. I logged back in and chatted another person and got a different helper. This person made me aware of my 8th and 9th on the house deposits. She also let me know if I waited until 12/24 I would be able to get back $622 for my 15% monthly cash back. She gave me $500 for my 8th on the house deposit, said if I lost it to contact them again and they would do it again for my 9th on the house bonus, said I was still eligible for my $622 on 12/24, guaranteed me no rollover on winnings etc. I have played with 5D for about 3 years now and have ran $100 deposits above $13K before on teasers/parlays and have been able to withdraw multiple 2.5K WU no problem.

To the OP, I do agree with you. If you're down what you say, you'd think they could hook you up. To their defense if they are just following their rules to a T then in my opinion you can't fault them. They are a solid book with the most betting options and from recent experience have some awesome bonuses. My experience might not be the norm.

Lose a good 20 dime donation machine over a bonus technicality? I cannot believe some of the business decisions I hear about on these gambling forums.
