A friend posted up 100$ to bet horses. He got real lucky and hit exactas and tris and next thing he is at 9000. They immediately cut him off. They keep allowing to bet sports but They email him and say no more horses for you. He inquires why and they reply we don't have to give reason but your horse account is disabled... This happened after less than 72 hours... He was betting large sums on wps bets mainly show bets and hitting like crazy. Ive known him for years and he is very good but Ive also seen him lose thousands and thousands doing this. No way to beat the ponies. Oh well they continue to let him bet sports and so he continues to win day after day week after week and he requests payouts and they pay him. But they have one payout per week limit thru mg or wu and they charge double fees than what other shops charge. but what are his options? So then he discovers they have a casino and starts betting in their online casino he wins a little at first ( dont we all ) then one session he plays for a few hours blackjack online betting 50 100 per hand and loses 8000 yes 8dimes. now betting that small of an amount he would have to lose 200 more hands than winning. Impossible playing basic stragegy. but oh well shit happens right? He is convinced that its rigged because he crushed them in horses and crushed them in sports and has collected several thousand over the course of a few weeks on that original 80-100 post up. He figures they are taking back what they can... BUT HERE IS WHERE THE STORY GETS GOOD PLEASE CONTINUE READING. he is frustrated because he feels casino experience when he lost 8 dimes betting small was rigged. So i suggest to him to disable casino so that he cant do that anymore .... they took away his horse privileges without warning all books have the ability to disable casino at customers request.
He chats them up and asks for casino to be disabled. they reply he needs to email. He emails.. in the email they provide forms to print and scan and sign and send back to take off the casino. he does. he has proof of all of this. they relpy it will take up to 24 hours but casino will be disabled..... 7 day goes by and nothing happens .. casino is still working. so my friend is stupid and a action freak and starts playing black jack again after many days of waiting. he wins aprox 2000 in 72 hours. now it has been 10 days since his first request to disable the casino and he logs in his account and his 2000 that he won last 72 hours has been removed. they told him because once he requested the casino to shut down they our removing his winnings even tho it took them 9-10 days to make it happen..... that is such a scam. they stole his money. its not his fault they took 10 days to disable.... BEtonline is a scam. I would challange management of their company to defend this theft...... i have account number and saved emails...my friend got hosed... Please please everyone ask for them to address this. Total theft on his part. it has been 2-4 weeks since this incident the reason for the wait is my friend did not want them to freeze his remaining amount.... dave mason if that is is real name and Betonline are thieves and need to make it right. i have nothing to hide I can provide any info neccessary. someone please help. i have spoken to betallsports and he was very nice but I want ansewers to this if betallsports can help fine but people need to be aware to watch out.... I pray they show up in this forum and make it right.

And you know if he LOST that $2000 in the casino, they wouldn't have put it back into his account.

There was another guy that had a similar story almost verbatim a few months back. I think the only difference was the casino portion. I may be wrong on that but when I started reading the OP post it was virtually the same. A guy deposits small amount, beats them on horses they shut him down and make him bet sports and pay him once a week with high fees.

Is this the same guy as before under a different posting name?

so true.... in fairness they paid him on all other monies but its not his fault they waited multiple days and then zapped his winnings.. he was scared if he made a stink about it they would freeze his account ... please if anyone can get an employee from them to settle this he would be so grateful. Plus its the right thing to do.... i have account number copies of emails., and everyhting... betallsports was nice to offer but he did not want to cause a stink while he had lots of money in there. please someone help if they can.. if they have contacts

ok let me clear i have been long time poster for 10 years .. i forgot my old name and contact so i created a new name betallsports helped me get my old name back....... but the difference is the issue is not the horses being disabled.... the issue is he requested casino to be shut off after losing 8000 betting under 100 per hand... that is impossible but that is not issue... he requested casino to be disabled he followed all procedures they required .... they stated it would be done in less than 24 hours.... 7days later casino is still active and he plays.....he wins 0ver 2000 then now its been roughly 13 days since his request to disable.... they take his 2000 winnings that he won in last 3 days and say because he requested disable 13 days ago it voids his winnings.... that is wrong. wrong. they let it slip thru the cracks and they should pay him..... they would not give him back his money had he lost... guys this is not a bogus complaint... it is one of my best friends. he knows not much about these kinds of forums.. i will post whatever isneccessary account number my full name his full name... i have nothing to hide... i just think he got robbed by BETonline....

i have attempted many many times via twitter to dave mason that is who reps betonline..but he hides... please someone surely can get upper managment to explain this fraud.... but maybe just maybe they cant explain it thats why they hide... murph you dont have any contacts there murph do you have any suggestions? how to get past the receptionist

This site is the cream of the cream in situations like this. I'm begging someone get the word out to the powers that be so betonline can make it right. I suspect they will hide and not respond. They know they scammed and cheated my friend. I want this out in public forum so all can be aware of what they have done. I will provide any all info. Right is right. And trust me they are dead wrong
