Whether you agree with him and/or his beliefs, he should be able to speak his opinion. He was asked a question then answered it. His religious beliefs are his beliefs. If my beliefs are different than his, I should not be fired for them like he shouldn't.

How come he should be tolerant of others beliefs but people should not be tolerant of his?

If you answered them truthfully then the conversation need not go any further, you and I both know guy is just using religion to preach his bigoted message which is par for the course for Southern Baptist. Freedom of speech doesnt mean you get to keep your job no matter what you say, it just means you wont go to jail. When fags start going around telling children that Christians are going to burn in hell for who they are then I will accept that freedom of belief argument but this guy doesnt leave much room for discussion, he has picked the parts of the bible he wants to live by and has ignored the other 99%.
