Not at all. I didn't even know I had it except when I feel my belly button.

well it's not going to fix itself (unless you're an infant lol) so....does it matter? get surgery asap. why wait for the excruciating pain of asphyxiating bowel and bowel obstruction?

Umbillical hernia ? Is that when you live off your parents and they eventually get sick of it.

Or you pulled your belly button?

The surgery isn't bad I had umbilical hernia surgery back in 2007. I had to be at the hospital at 6:30 am and I was back home by 9:00 am same day. A little pain for 2-3 days after but other than that you'll be up and walking 3-4 days.

If you don't get it done soon it will cause a growth on the outside of your stomach and that just adds to the surgery time as the growth has to be surgically removed. Google it and you will see what I mean by the growth on the outside of your stomach. I had the surgery immediately as soon as the doctor found out what was wrong.

If you have a umbilical hernia I don't know how you can tolerate the pain. I felt like I had a bad stomach ache 24/7 until I had it fixed. And any vibration like riding in a vehicle just made it 10 times as bad.

Like I previously said I have no pain or discomfort at all. It just feels hard under my belly button and my doctor that did an inguinal hernia on me 8 years ago said it was. I can't have surgery until my doctors appointment on Wednesday to get my high blood pressure under control and have my prostrate checked out.

I have had one for many years. Never seen a doctor for it but have only had discomfort from it occasionally so I keep putting off having it fixed.
