Over the course of the last year, pretty much always had knee tendonitis, hip problems, along with a consistent skin rash, and been extremely irritable. Asked Dr. about it and he said it was old age and a pulled muscle, more or less a bull shit response.
About a month ago, I had a Pizza over the course of 2 days, whole wheat sandwiches, and cereal. The next day, I felt my knee tendons tighten, hip and headaches. After doing some initial research I found that Gluten causes Inflammation. Laid off of it for a week and all symptoms disappeared.
After a little more research found a book I just started called Grain Brain and it sure looks like it is gluten causing the problems. Big game changer for me.. The shit is in everything..........................

I know what you're talking about. I'm young but very health conscious and tried to avoid gluten but as you said, it's in EVERYTHING. It's damn near impossible to avoid it. It's in things you wouldn't even think of so what's a person to do?
