Maybe this is finally payback for the gifts they got in the Superbowl against Seattle so many years ago?
1)On KC's missed FG at the end of regulation. SD had 8 men to the right of center. That's illegal procedure against the D, as only 6 are allowed. KC should have been awarded a re-kick.
2)On SD's fake punt in OT(a great, gutsy call by the HC), the runner either was stopped short of the 1st down, or was stripped after crossing the 1st down, and KC scored a TD. This was verified by Mike Pereira, the ex head of officials. Either way it was KC's ball, either after scoring the game winning TD, or 1st and 10 on the SD 29. SD got a gift, Pitt got screwed. Game didn't matter to KC.
