What does it say about the NBA when Willie Cauley-Stein is a projected top 10 draft pick?

Just looked at an early mock draft.

1/2 of these guys are not NBA players. Not now, not ever.

Says who? Some forum poster who ate buckets of paint chips as a kid? And frequently denies saying something, then when presented with quote....says 'oh I guess I did say that'?

You've got some major mental issues, Fuego.

Mock drafts change all the time as scouts can get better evaluation of players. I think if you did this 10 years ago, you would say the same thing.

This got me thinking. Here is a look at a mock draft from 2004

1 - Dwight Howard
2 - Emeka Okafor
3 - Ben Gordon
4 - Devin Harris
5 - Shaun Livingston
6 - Luol Deng
7 - Andre Iguodala
8 - Luke Jackson
9 - Andris Bierdrins
10 - Pavel Podkolzine

Based on this past draft, I'm sure even the Cavs would like to have Cauley-Stein over their pick. I think this years crop of rookies is the worst Ive ever seen. Got couple guards that are decent but overall, absolutely abysmal. Makes Cauley-Stein look liked he'd be a steal.
