Eagles, Are They For Real? Maybe Not

Interesting, the eagles have only played 3 playoff teams all year long. And they lost all 3 of those games. Chargers, Chiefs, Broncos. Apparently they beat up on bad teams all year long. What you guys think? I was thinking they have legit shot at going deep in playoffs. But after looking at their strength of schedule, I'm definitely hesitant about their chances vs good teams.

Green Bay is the only playoff team that Eagles won against them

Bookie, it remains to be seen if the Eagles are for real but if I'm not mistaken, the Eagles made a nice run 2nd half of the season to make the playoffs. Also, the Saints were terrible on the road the season.

Add the wind & cold in Philly, taking the Saints out of their element, should make for a long day for Bree's.

This is an interesting matchup. Its tough for me because both situations where I like to fade are in effect. Saints on the road and NFC East vs good teams. Weather will make this one a close one. If wind is gusting or snow limits,I truly believe a teaser with philly getting a TD+ is the safest bet here, with SD +14 or SF +3.5 or just an open spot.

I must say Foles did not look so good against the rush in the Dallas game. It will be very interesting to see what Rob Ryan has in store for him.

I think the Eagles are the right side. That speaks more to the Saints' struggles on the road rather than a commentary on whether the Eagles are for real or not.
