Anyone have experience on what the 5 dimes check looks like when they send it to you? They sent mine in a sheet of paper and when you separate it the white space of the paper still surrounds it...the check does not look real at all. Has anyone had experience with this? Please PM me

A bit worried about it. Bank is "looking into it". There is no sign from them that I ever deposited the check, not sure what my next step should be....I've only ever done P2P...was stupid to go this route. Again if anybody has experience on what to say if asked please PM me.
threesixmafia, did you ever get paid? I did my "First " request from 5 dimes, 3 weeks ago, and been waiting for two weeks now with the same Canadian check ...
you will be ok i recieved a canadien check from another book the check has to go to clearing house because its out of country once your bank recieves the money you will recieve your money may take two weeks but you will get it
After 35 days...the funds were sent to my bank, finally! The Canadian bank charge me $ 36 to process and my U.S. bank charge me $ 10 fee...I won't be requesting a cashier again..I prefer to try WU instead and still pay the same fees.
Je how much was the check?........if it was under 800 bucks it's certainly better to take a WU, but look into their other payout options. They have me hooked up good. Just need to make a withdraw or two here in the next couple of months.
The moral of the story...don't bet offshores. Get a reliable local(s) there should be no reason to sweat out a payment, it's outrageous! Hard enough to make coin this business. Also nowadays it's getting harder to fund your account too.

change banks, try bigger banks like boa, dont use wells fargo... call the bank and and ask if they charge you a fee for depositing a canadian check before opening account
