Painting the house

One must be careful about hiring those guys that hang around the Home Depots and Lowes parking lots looking for work. The scam is they'll come to your house to do some work for you and before you know it, they get "injured" and of course they are not bonded and so you end up paying out of your ass in a lawsuit.

I mow the lawn....but that's about it....all vehicle repairs go to the local Chevrolet dealer, they know what they're doing and for something like changing the oil they charge me $24.99, and that includes looking over a bunch of other shit and vacuuming it out.

Me too. All easy jobs that shouldn't take longer than a couple hours.......screw painting though. Cant stand painting around crown molding and baseboards

Yard work, laundry, dishes, cleaning, grocery shopping, etc.

Labor is cheap in Mexico.

House Cleaning 1x week
Wash 2x month
Pine straw 3x per year
Pressure wash 2x per year
Exterior & Interior paint every 4-5 years

I don't have a pool.....but hire out grooming of the farm (hunting camp) 4x per year
