Why do Republicans get upset about paying for birth control..?

I have to say this has to be the stupidest party platform I have ever seen.

Please give them birth control, I'll pay for it..hell, I'll pay to have the hood rats neutered.

We should offer anybody on welfare under the age of 30, a free neuter job and $1000 cash.

Now if the government came to me and said you can donate directly to the "Welfare Neutering and Population Control Fund"... I might sign over my December paychecks.

I'm not opposed to birth control, but when does big government stop?

I prefer local charities taking care of their neighborhoods, and they work much more efficiently

I remenber reading a study a long time ago that said only about 25/30 % of government spending is actually spent on it's intention, the rest is spent on bureaucracy and administration
