[h=2]Not a fan of an $80 fee on an $800 MG, but it is what it is. Sent in $500 a couple days ago, got a $400 Bonus Play with no rollover, couldn't beat it.

Update, had the pick up info within 12 hours of request...pretty good when the request came at 11:28PM at night. Funds were removed from my account within minutes.

curious as to why you report this stuff when they have paid in the past? Is it just a tracking thing for you or is there a worry in your mind about them and you feel putting them on forum will encourage betpop to pay?

just curious on my own here.

To let others know they pay. I mean as Americans we're not left with many legit options.

I like Betpop. They text the pickup info when the payout is ready.

Heritage and Betpop, never an issued getting paid. Now if we're talking about garbage books like Wagerweb, you will fight like hell to get paid.

Is there a legit reason every post you make contains profanity? its f this or jesus that.. its kind of annoying ( I am sure you will respond with more of the same).

In reality all I did was ask a simple question as to why you would put a book on the clock for such a small amount when they have never faltered for you before.. if you have a payout complaint like you claim to have about wagerweb then file a dispute man.. simple as that and I was just curious.. I mean you didnt put heritage on the clock for the huge smash you did on them with that money line dog and the parlay.. why not tout that payout up instead of an $800 one? :think2:

Heritage isn't taking anymore US customers, and the ones who are playing there now, for the most part, know they're rock solid. So why would I promote a book that isn't taking new sign ups?

I took my payout complaint to OSGA, paid the $50, became a member and got it resolved.

Like I said, being an American, there's not many legit options left. And not many know about Betpop, so I let others know they have paid. Every time.

ty for answering normal. I wish heritage would take more than referrals if they still even are doing that. I have an account there but never play personally.. not that I think they are not rock solid as you say (I do believe it).. just prefer other books firsthand and heritage never offers me anything to write home about beyond payout guarantee(which I agree is a very high need). Most books cutoff bonuses at some point but heritage never gave me any to entice me to begin with...just my own personal books I am used to I guess or new ones I have tried in past year...

Been playing at sportbet part of the 5dimes group. Had an issue with the live casino. Had waited 5 days for a response and of course the error was found to be in their favor. The thing i didnt like about it is you had to go through the customer service of the sportsbook to make a claim. No way of getting in touch with the live casino, no phone number or email address. I talked to the GM-owner Tony who has to be the rudest person i have ever spoke with. The only way to speak with him was through chat. So i guess you can see how the outcome was not in my favor. Not saying they do not pay, but if you have an issue i guarantee it will not be in your favor. PLAYERS BE AWARE.
