Seems like the public gets fisted on every single superbowl. All the squares come out in record numbers to bet on what looks like the "obvious" winner. I asked about 20 squares at my local gym and 20/20 of them were saying "oh yea denver" "manning man, he's gna shred that D". Could going against the public significantly increase your odds of hitting the SB spread? I am not talking about reg season or any other playoff games, just this one game.

I couldn't answer that one with facts; however, looking at BRs thread I would say the answer would be yes.

aside from last year it has basically been my way of betting the sb *shrug*

eli going to the sb was always my fave
people loved to hate him. you could always count on a nice line with eli.
