You set up this box on your tv and you can stream all the movies you want. They have everything out in theaters now at high res quality.

Yeah, was shown it yesterday and it's fucking amazing. I am running out to get a Gbox this week. Just download the program in the last link and see for yourself.

I'm trying to get ahold of my buddy. Apparently you need the XMBC program but you also need add-ons to browse movies. All I know is he had it and the selection I see was incredible. I'll let you know what the add-on is to browse for movies.

This is free too. What's not free is Gbox which is like an appletv box.

XBMC is basically a hub program that lets you stream movies or whatever you want.

confused does it take over your whole desktop screen like that? when running can you minimize it? get it out of the way? like as a tab in a browser? I launched it and it takes the entire desktop, not allowing you to multi task or minimize this app. am I missing something

So the box is $250-to use with your TV, but the app in the link you provided is free?
Why would you need the box?

No apparently the box is $100 and you can put the app in yourself. It's $250 for the model that comes with the app in it already.

The box is for streaming to your tv.

You can jailbreak an apple tv and install this app yourself to.

I just bought the gbox recently and it is mind blowing. I am watching movies in 720HD and dolby 5.1. This is amazing. I recommend to everyone.

thanks for the update KoN. was your box $100 and where did you get it from?

did you consider (or is it possible?) to not buy the box and just install the app on your PC and then connect your PC to your TV via HDMI and not lose any picture or sound quality?

I got it from the actual company that makes it. Yeah, I know you can get it on pc but my pc aint too close to the tv.

BTW, if you have it download the wizard hub from the fusion section. It will give you loads of add-ons.
