Vocals were live and there is no way a band is going to turn down a chance to perform at the super bowl. They got out in front of 115M viewers, do you think the sales that night or during this week hurt their bank?

I didn't see the numbers for RHCP, but Bruno Mars went to #1 on iTunes right after the halftime show. Pretty good for a free show by the bands.
