Refs completely control CBB games, making it almost unbet-able

There's zero consistency in what they call...Cincy was what -4.5??? And the refs just pulled 3 points off the board for the Bearcats...how much do you want to bet Cincy wins by 2,3, or 4???

Lead sits at 4, 25.8 seconds to go...it's like reading a script. Bearcats win by 2, 3, or 4.
