A lucky Las Vegas local left the Palms last weekend a rich man.

The man, only identified as Seifu D., walked into the casino Saturday and sat down at International Gaming Technology’s Wheel of Fortune slot machine. It wasn’t long before he hit a $3.1 million jackpot.

The new multimillionaire told IGT officials he plans to share his winnings with his family.

The mega win came seven hours after a woman from Indiana hit a $8.3 million Wheel of Fortune jackpot at the Fitz Tunica Casino and Hotel in Tunica, Miss.
