I know "nothing comes easy"... but whats the simpliest business one could do, with low out of pocket costs, overhead and such. One that could continue to grow without hitting a ceiling.

Shoot me some ideas!!! Or anyone already in a business and needing investors or such?

Was looking at an eBay type business, but it seems to have ridden past its prime. Also franchises are expensive from what I have looked at.

dog walking or dog sitting for those who travel or are very busy.
only requirements are being dependable/trustworthy and liking animals.

Checking Vending machines as of right now, those things are expensive for the top end ones....

NFLT....if there were an easy low overhead business that will rapidly be gangbusters, we wouldn't be sharing with you...we would be doing ourselves.

Car washes or mini storage units. Low overhead and they just rake in cash. Sold a mini storage about 5 years ago. Big mistake on my part, but my business was drilled by the real estate collapse.

Got a good friend who owns a few subway restaurants. Sandwiches are mediocre at very best, but the guy is killing it right now.

red boxes? Those things are popping up everywhere. Not sure what the cost is now but I remember when they first came out, think they were around 15k to get started
