Website to Track Touts and Handicappers?

Hey all,
Does anyone know of a site that tracks touts and handicappers that does not also offer the touts picks for sale? I find it a conflict of interest to "track and sell" a tout or handicapper. I know there isn't many ways for these sites to make money if they don't but was hoping that one existed.

there are some sites where supposed touts post all plays and thier win % is shown but i stone forgot where they are.

I think CapperTek has no credibility!

They are the ones that build websites for half of these companys that are here one day and gone the next. I don't know how you can sell those sites.. which the graphics are premade and its like, I made $125,000 in a Month betting this system... then rate them
