I disagree: Not saying he will go over by any means, but think the lines right where it's supposed to be at an even 14.
CC finished with 14 last year and even though I'd say he's declining, I can hardly imagine him putting up worse numbers (4.78 ERA, 1.37 WHIP) than last year. The bullpen looks worse on paper than in 2013 without Mo & Logan (I count the "loss" of Joba Chamberlain as addition by subtraction), so maybe they lose 2-3 leads he hands over. But at the same time the Yanks should provide more runs: They lost Cano & Granderson (who also missed half of last season), but added McCann, Beltran & Ellsbury and since they missed pretty much all season you could also count Teixeira & Jeter plus a full season of Soriano. So they lose production from Cano, but their lineup is way deeper than last year. McCann will vastly improve offensive production from the C spot (offense was almost non-existent with Stewart/Romine) and their outfield production with Gardner/Ellsbury/Beltran (Soriano as 4th OF) should also be way higher than it was with Ichiro/Gardner/Granderson/Almonte.
Jeter & Teixeira are declining, but still should be an improvement over last years production by Yankees 1st/SS and at least Tex should provide them with better defense at 1st....
