I haven't followed this in years but hear that it is now legal in Nevada. Also saw a thread about a Delaware partnership...sounds awesome the more and more states that join. Can the Nevada/Delaware poker sites also have foreign people? Is the "tax" being paid up to the players similarly as it was before the lockdowns? Or do they tax you on the poker site level?

I can't comment on the tax issue but I do know anyone within the state limits are allowed to play. WSOP's site are running numerous satellites to various events including the main. They do believe this will contribute to raising the number of runners in the main event this year.

Hopefully someone in Vegas has a good understanding of the rules.

I think for someone who lives in vegas these two questions will be very easy to answer:

1) Can foreign people play on the same online sites as you? Visa-versa, can you play on foreign poker sites?

2) Do they withhold any sort of tax on withdrawals? Or is it up to you to report as it was before the poker lockdown? (Do they give 1099s?)
