When is the last time you just got up heard a noise and started blowing holes in your fkn house? Lol don't u yell... who's there? And say... I've got a gun?.....

Apparently the prosecutions first witness said he heard screaming from a a woman then a bit later 1 gun shot... then a bit later several gunshots... lolol... fkn guilty mother effer..

I pray to God he gets the death penalty.. do they have that in africa?

If convicted on the murder charge, Pistorius could be sent to prison for at least 25 years before the chance of parole, the minimum time someone must serve if given a life sentence in South Africa. South Africa does not have the death penalty.

I guess the only shining light is he will be available for parole he may not get it... and god only knows how many people get shanked in the African jails... gotta be a higher rate than in the us..

I'm not sure how the law works in South Africa, but I can see his life going the same way as OJ's if he is found innocent. I can see him getting sued for all he's got by her family in a civil trial. Some may not know this, but OP recently made an out of court settlement on a woman who he attacked at a party. So obviously he didn't learn anything.

There are 2 laws he broke here... I don't have the info in front of me.. but I think the fact that she is dead.. regardless of accident or not he will get years no matter what... I don't have it in front of me... but it was stated that it's pretty much a lock that he's getting time...

No I think that one of the charges is a gun charge that he cant get out of, and the murder charge has a lesser charge associated with it if its not murder

Dont know all the details. Im just guessing that if regional celebs can get away with murder in the states...a national celeb in SA has a pretty good chance.
