Polls are not gone.. you scroll down to bottom of post when making a thread and click the check box (Post a poll).. then fill it out after.
You do not have profile editing permissions because of your spout about becoming a paid service etc and they were taken away apparently.. even if it was joking we dont allow free advertisement in the main forums... Just drop all that jazz and I am sure you will get the profile/etc back over time bud.
