What's the best resort in your opinion?

Looking for all inclusive. Good food, good beach access and stuff to do?

I have stayed at Hilton Papagayo and RIU...enjoyed both.

Not much of a fan of the beaches there except for surfing.

Tamarindo is probably your best bet if you're flying into Liberia. Great for surfing. If flying into San Jose then it'll be a decent half day drive anywhere, but Manuel Antonio is a great beach. More "tropical/jungle" feeling, much prettier beach.

IMHO though, best all inclusives with best beaches are in Punta Cana DR.
