Why was she driving so slow that he HAD to go into the right lane to pass her..... She should have merged to the right as soon as the lane opened up to let the asshole pass.

By her not getting over and letting the asshole pass, they are all lucky there wasn't something worse that happened. Like hitting a car with kids inside when he lost control, or when he went over the sidewalk, hitting a mother pushing her baby in a stroller.

Both are to blame in this. The girl for not letting him pass, and the asshole for not paying attention.

Driving slow in the left lane should be a felony crime. Driving slow and filming someone getting pissed off at you for doing so should be the death penalty! That worthless bitch should get some sort of "karma" her way as well.
