Luck is the cream of the crop. RGIII is a crutch qb who needs his legs to be successful. I need to see Foles have another good year before ranking him higher. Tannehill has all the tools and in my honest opinion is going to have a year where he can no longer be questioned as the future of the Dolphins. As much as I like Wilson he is a product of the team. Put him on Miami or Indianapolis and he isn't the qb that Luck or Tannehill are. Weeden stinks.

I think Tannehill is the best QB in the group TBH. Problem with this list, a lot of unknowns. I am completely unsure of Foles and Cousins... I think it's Tannehill and Luck and a pretty large gap, I am NOT a luck fan.

its so hard to do this kind of stuff because its not just based of pure talent but the team surrounding him. I now for sure that Wilson wouldn't have won the Super Bowl in February if he was on the Cleveland Browns for example. Would the Seahawks have won with Luck, RGIII or Tannehill at QB? Probably yes you could say.
