Donovan McNabb Arrested

UPDATE [5:25 p.m.]: TMZ is now reporting that they have obtained the police report, and the DUI arrest took place on December 15, 2013.
FROM EARLIER: Multiple news outlets are reporting that former Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb has been arrested in the Phoenix area.
A posting on the website of the Maricopa County, Ariz. justice courts indicates that McNabb was given a criminal traffic citation in January, and has a court hearing scheduled for May 16.
TMZ subsequently reported that McNabb was charged with DUI, and agreed to a plea deal for a one-day prison sentence. The docket on the sheriff's office website says the status of the case is "adjudicated."
So it was not immediately clear why a mugshot of McNabb was circulated Thursday by the sheriff's office. Among the first media outlets to receive the photo were two Phoenix TV stations: ABC affiliate KNXV and independent station KTVK. also wasn't clear if there was any relation between the "adjudicated" case status and the May 16 trial date.We'll update this story as more details become available.

Poor McNabb. Of all the places to get the DUI thing it's in the kingdom of the unofficial leader of the KKK, Joe Arapaio. Knowing Arapaio he's probably working overtime with his staffers on a way to get some publicity on all of this cause he's been kind of out of the spotlight lately. . He might have to make a donation to get this thing to blow over. Or do a psa benefitting the NRA

Well, this is...interesting. The police report from Charles Barkley's DUI arrest was released and it is easily one of the most fascinating/disturbing/mind-blowing things you'll ever read.

According to the officer who wrote the report, "He told me that he ran the stop sign because he was in a hurry to pick up the girl I saw get in the passenger seat."

The officer continues: "He asked me to admit that she was 'hot.' He asked me, 'You want the truth?' When I told him I did he said, 'I was gonna drive around the corner and get a b**w job. He then explained that she had given him a 'b**w job' one week earlier and said it was the best one he had ever had in his life."

The report says when Barkley was taken to the station, he told one of the employees, "I'll tattoo my name on your ass" if he helped "get him out of the DUI." According to the report, "He laughed and then quickly corrected himself and said, 'I'll tattoo your name on my ass' and then laughed again."

The report also says officers "found a handgun in the vehicle" which was immediately impounded. The report doesn't say if the handgun was legal or not, and the only thing that we know for sure was loaded...

It makes you wonder right... do the cops sit in the lot waiting for them to leave and then follow them? Or do locals call them and say 'so and so has been at JOe's Bar for 6 hours drinking and he's getting ready to leave now' ... Alot of places you here stories where pro athletes get things covered up, not so in Ariz it seems. but then again $$$ talks regardless of politics.

I doubt it. This all went down in January and it is just coming out now. The real question is why did it take so long to come out. In this day and age this type of info is out within hours let alone months.

I know a few people who live in Scottsdale. It is where all the bars and nightlife are but the cops are pretty aggressive in stopping people there. Huge DUI trap
