I expected them to go to another gear once the playoffs started, but what they did was go another gear lower. Wow.

I know Tor and LAC also lost to lower seeds, but damn, at least they showed some effort.

On another note, Blake Griffin is a bum. You never disrespect an opponents fan. I expect a 5 game suspension, just like Marcus Smart's in NCAA

All of you guys are correct, but didn't you guys at least expect them to take pride in opening the playoffs with a blowout of the 8 seed?

The problem is they aren't very good. That was evident since February. People that think just because the playoffs have started they can just "turn it back on" aren't thinking very logically. Indiana has been awful for two months so I am confused as to why anyone would think they would suddenly be good again.

It is not a matter of pride. You don't think they want to win? They just aren't very good and haven't been since February. Just because you want to be good or because it is the playoffs doesn't mean you suddenly will start being good again.

They'll be okay. Game 2 should look vastly different. Pacers win the series 4-2 and then basically get another tune-up in the 2nd round before taking another crack at the Heat.

As far as the Blake Griffin thing, I thought it was pretty awesome. Some shitstain clapping in your face sitting courtside in your own house, got what he deserved.
