Is something wrong at 5dimes?

I have seen two-three posters mention payout problems in the past week here and two of my buddies are having these same issues. This concerns me for two reasons. (1) 5dimes is normally quick and easy on payouts (2) I have several thousand in my account with them which to me is significant money

Anyone have any information on this?

Processors are normally the problem....sometimes they can be fast; and sometimes so slow......the books are helpless in post up situations...

I just requested my "first payout from 5dimes" after being with them for over 5 yrs...yeah, I don't win much, always playing it all back. But I waited only one week to receive a cashiers check, issued from a Canadian Bank ..my bank says it may take another few more weeks to clear ..I hope??? Should I have requested a WU transfer and still pay the costs?

I too got the Canadian Bank check that's "awaiting additional processing" from my credit union. I cringed when the teller told me "there's no U.S routing #, we're going to have to send this in". As long as the funds are good I don't really have an issue with the processing time, we'll see I guess.

5dimes has the depositing function down to a science.
Withdraws are an after thought.
Don't know why so many people love this place.
The customer service is atrocious, and they allow any idiot with an internet connection to use them for a PPH shop.

I kind of considered 5Dimes for a while.

I'm like you. They seem enormously interested in taking deposits and then discouraging withdrawals. Not for me.

And don't make the mistake of opening a credit account with them.
They allow any idiot with an internet connection to use there site for credit.

Bookmaker is the only reasonable place for USA right now.
And even they have issues.
But they do make an effort to get you your money ASAP.

And customer service is top notch.

Well, almost two weeks later of check hold and the check has deposited to my account, with a $25 service charge assessed by my credit union. Not hassle free but I guess I can't complain too much.
