I am not an eye for an eye type of guy generally, but in cases like this; where fines and jail time do nothing, patients should be allowed to absolutely hammer the doctor.
There will always be someone with him in surgery, and it looks like they turned him in.
Now what he may have done with a sedated patient in is office is a different story. If he did sedate somebody, I think he's supposed to have another person with him.
I wonder if his behavior is going to drag others into his legal problems, like anesthesiologists
