There is a small company / franchise around Tampa called Fit Life Foods

It's brilliant... and delicious

Basically it's like portioned Healthy foods. But it's not frozen. It's prepared, refrigerated, and in togo containers... Everything is organic and healthy...

They have quite a bit of options... I just ate Buffalo Turkey Melt... took me a while to try this one because just didn't sound good, but its like chucks of turkey meat tossed in hotsauce with cooked onions and peppers over rice... delicious. A "medium" is a very filling meal.

You just pick out what you what, have probably 20+ selections (not including breakfast and snacks) in 3 different sizes, S, M, L (large is HUGE, they recommend it for people needing high intake, like athletes)... they have a little exp sticker. 4 to 5 day shelf life, and you just zap it in the microwave (everything is fully cooked). It's surprising how good it is.

In 2 months we've bought nearly 80 of these meals between my wife and I. It's an EASY way to eat healthy. I'd say the average price is 8 bucks... Which I'm sure is a big markup....

We found we actually spend LESS doing that and grocery shopping than just grocery shopping.

It's a GREAT business idea. If you live in a big city, I'd put one of these in your healthier side of town and roll in the money.
I think we will see these every where if they aren't already near you

I only require 5% equity for sharing this information

I've wanted to do something like this for years. Like the HUGE option as there is never anything out there for gaining good mass and being healthy at a store/fast food place.

So they franchise? We don't have one, but it would boom here!

Something similar in Port Washington WI when my dad lived up there, it was really cool I tried it a couple times when visiting.

Got em here called My Fit Foods.
My buddy's future daughter in law works there.
She gives him all the meals that have an expiration in the next day or two...either free or like 75% off.
Super tasty

there's a few different companies that do something similar, none that I know have managed to take it nationally, they all seem to be regional. It's big on instagram, they'll have some of the popular trainers, fitness girls promote how much they love these companies and rely on them to be fit. Haven't seen anything like it here in Vancouver but I'd welcome one, I hate cooking and despite being at this healthy lifestyle a long time I only know a handful of recipes and can't be bothered to learn more and go thru trial and error of what else I like so I eat virtually the same shit everyday, gets dull quick.

actually just started googling, there are a couple here, but prices are in the 13.50 per meal to start and that is a single protein serving so 25 grams to double up another 3 bucks, for my normal meal im looking at 16.50, first place is out.
