Former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez was indicted today on two counts of first-degree murder for the killings of two men in Boston’s South End in 2012 who were shot to death after allegedly encountering Hernandez in a nightclub, two officials briefed on the case said.

Hernandez is accused of murdering Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado. The two men were shot to death on July 16, 2012, while stopped at a traffic light by someone who drove up alongside them in an SUV with Rhode Island plates and opened fire.

I had a client who was getting divorced, his name was Robert Valentine. I was working with him and his soon to be ex-wife. They were divorced, I haven't heard from him in 10 years while his ex is still my client

After Aaron was arrested, they talked about the tragic death of his father and how his uncle, Robert Valentine, became such an important figure in his life. I never made a connection.

After Aaron's arrest, the uncle Robert Valentine was killed in an accident and they once again talked about the positive influence he supposedly had on him. Still no connection.

Then Valentine's ex-wife calls me to talk about the social security benefits her children with Valentine are now entitled too, asking me if I heard about her ex getting killed in Bristol. I was like holy shit, that Robert Valentine.

The guy was always drunk, never could hold a job, never paid me one penny and was a dead beat dad. This was Aaron's role model after his father died

the kid had no chance

I really don't know about that.

Lots of idiots with perfect parents and lots of great people with bad parents.

Chop, do you know somebody who teaches in a high school? maybe even Jr High?

I think they'll all tell a significant majority of their problem students come from dysfunctional families

as always and with everything, there are always exceptions

Despite his background or upbringing, this guy should still be on the list of world's dumbest criminals. I still don't understand how somebody like him thought he could murder people and not get caught. And why is it that when certain people "make it" they can't leave that world behind? He went to college, got drafted, became one of the best in the league just so he could murder people for some dumb shit. Strange story. But I guess you could say that about all serial killers...

committing a murder, especially under his circumstances, is incredibly stupid. The way he did it was moronic. Picked up with the guy, seen with the guy, driving around with the guy while he's texting he's with you and having your own cell phones on you putting you in the exact same spot the victim is.

you might as well just shoot him in front of 20 police officers, maybe then you can claim temporary insanity or something

what sane person with all the things he has going for him would shoot a friend in front of 20 police officers? I think he'd beat that rap

:ohno:

And was found when the served a) the search warrants when everyone that could snitch on him were being murdered... they found it locked up and dusty in a garage. Lol

Fukker is cold blooded guilty! ! Lol

So much for confidentiality!

I would have thought the Patriots would have caught some of these killings on video.

As someone might say...... That is a funny, funny post..... I don't care who you are!

technically he never received a penny from the guy. Soo he was never employed by or would be held to any confidential anything. And beyond that. He was telling a story of his character not his finances..

Although jurors have shocked me before, I don't think a Mass. pool fucks this one up. Too much to feed off of.

Somebody snitched...lol They seem to have some explicit details that only somebody that was with him that night would know. Like Hernandez stashing the gun in the engine block before they went to the club
