A pattern of sexual misconduct?

The alleged sexual contacts, Turley wrote, had occurred in the summer of '95, when Kim was 16 and Johnson was 29. He quoted Kim Adams extensively in his demand letter, including this account:
"He [Johnson] said I could sleep in his room or the guesthouse and I chose the guesthouse. . . . We got into the bed and he took all of my clothes off and all of his but his shirt. He was on top of me touching me all over--my breasts, butt, in between my legs, and stomach. Then he took off his shirt. I didn't really know what to do--I was very confused because I thought we were friends, but I didn't know what else to do than to go along with it. . . . He told me to pinky-promise not to say anything and when I asked why, he said I knew why."

skeletons are hidden all over the NBA, from owners to players to coaches to cheerleaders

"embarrassing the league", "doing harm to the league" are such broad concepts a good attorney will rip them new assholes so wide they'll be hemorrhaging for the rest of their lives

furthermore, every person in the NBA, every person that was ever associated with the NBA, as used the "N" word at least once in their life. In today's society, by today's standards, in today's media, that racist. Everybody ever associated with the NBA has embarrassed the NBA

it's a damn joke to think this is a slam dunk

the only way it ends quickly is for them pay off Sterling, to buy him out on very favorable terms and have a press release saying he's not a racist and that he's done a lot of good for minorities. He's just agreeing to step down because he unfairly became a distraction and a lightening rod. If that happens, maybe it ends quickly

but there's no way in hell they're kicking him to the curb either financially or personally

when Sterling says something like Magic is not a good role model, what do you think he may be talking about?

He may have a lot of dirt on Magic, from affairs to hookers to a having a promiscuous lifestyle to racial comments to shady business dealings. Pure speculation on my part, and I'm not justifying what Sterling said, but he just may know stuff Magic and other owners never want to see the light of day. I typically don't like that type of public statement even if true, but it is fair to fight fire with fire.

League so worried about taped conversations, why don't they look at the almost 200 phone calls made between donaghy and foster, I'm sure they can dig some of those up.

Willie,

Some of Magic's activities came out around the time of the HIV announcement. He was picking chicks out of the crowd during the games and would take a handful of them to hotels and such.

Yep...... that is the principle that is at stake here that the race baiters are forgetting about. When private conversations become fair game for destroying people and the government coincidentally has the ability to monitor and record all types of private correspondence...... then it does not take a genius to see where that leads.
