Looks like a Great Business .... I see that a Used Phone like a Samsung Galaxy III will go for $150+ and a Refub goes for like $240+

Where places that BUY them, like Gazelle would give you $75

no, but I offered my old phone to a friend that asked me for it. When I went to the store to transfer everything I fucked up when transferring myself following their instructions, they offered me $ 80 for my GSIII

I was like WTF? of course I didn't take the $ 80, but WTF?

But you can sell it on EBay for an easy $150
