Dad is a retard. Mother is a psycho. Sister is a two-faced back-stabbing bitch. Brother is dead. My two half sisters are just replica's of my mother. Everyone else in the blood line i.e. grandpa, grandma, cousins, aunts, uncles etc. are collateral damage. Departed ways about five years ago and never been happier.
In all honesty. I have one side of my family that I never see and have nothing in common with. If I was to be at a family event with them I would literally have nothing to talk to them about. I am close to my dad and that is about it. I havent seen my cousins in years ( they all live around the country ) and we do nothing in the way of family reunions or big holiday get togethers.
my friends have become my family and I really like that. it may sound sad or others can't comprehend it but you go with what life deals you and be fortunate in what you have

Many people on here admit to drinking like fish, whoring around, or other assorted vises.
Before we condemn all out other family..... Maybe we should consider if we through the years, are the easiest people on earth to get along with. When several other people all of a sudden appear wrong in judgment compared to one person on the other side..... Often times all the others are not the ones at fault. Just saying..... Not to mentioned other weaknesses..... Gambling can be (usually is at some point) a huge problem effecting family relationships. Of course most of the people on here won't want to admit any truth at all in what I am saying..... Further proof of the possible flaws in "our" side of the equation.
Come on and start piling on.... Denying any truth to this..... And, showing your asses.

My Dad lives 2 miles from me. I don't care if I ever see him again. This sucks to talk about with my Ole Lady because her Dad passed suddenly in his sleep 2 years ago, and she would do anything to see him again. I know she wishes I didn't feel this way about my Dad, but she totally gets it as to why I don't care as she has seen some of it first hand.
