2-0, +3.37 units. Now close to even. Seems like many starters are guys that would languish in AAA, but are filling in due to the huge amount of pitching injuries this year. Case in point:
NYY -1 (+105). One unit. Hector Noesi still is living on his perceived stuff. It's good, but he always makes mistakes serving up meatballs that get him in trouble. He's the king of 0-2 middle of the strike zone pitches that get hammered. Texas kept him about 2-3 weeks, Seattle even less. Kuroda has been consistent this year although not as solid across the board. He can give the Yanks 6+ innings, and their BP isn't good, but the Sox have an even worse one.
Arizona ML (+121) One unit. Chase Anderson might be an emerging star and boy does Arizona need it. His stuff and poise are excellent for a kid. Colon is finally showing his age this year, and the D-Backs have been a team that rarely hits very good pitchers(recently Wainwright, Wacha, Greineke), but has had success against lesser pitchers like Colon. And they aren't too bad on the road.
