Feeling discouraged I went 1-6 today

I have a 5k bankroll. Straight bet of 1%. About $50 a bet

im now down nearly 8%.

Went 1-6 today feeling not to motivated

anyone else have bad days like this?

With a $5,000 bank, you have a ton of bets left to right the ship at $50 a pop. You are down $400 so NO need to panic. Evaluate the losses and make any needed adjustments to your capping. I assume you are selecting your own picks. If you are paying for picks...you deserve to lose.
