This mystery man told TheSan Francisco Chronicle that he is a real estate investor who just completed a big deal, and "one of the things I wanted to do with the money was something fun in SF."
Envelopes stuffed with $100 and $20 bills have been found across San Francisco since Friday, but his generous spree might be coming to a city near you.
