Weekends weekends and more weekends.
The hardest part is finding good help.
Got most of the investment payed off but I don't enjoy it.
Done well over 150 events in less then a year. Every event went great except for 2 of them.
Its highly profitable but a royal pain in the ass.
As a matter of fact tonight May 31st is the one year anniversary come to think of it.
If my #1 right hand employee ever decides to quit I'm up shit creek because that will put me doing all kinds of stuff I hate doing. Finding someone to replace her would be next to impossible.
I have nightmares about this everyday because I have a feeling she is starting to not enjoy it although she gets paid very nice. But how can you blame someone for not wanting to work every weekend?
Biggest lesson learned.

If I may make a suggestion...
As a business owner, I always need a plan B and always expected the worst, hope for the best.
Many supervisors have left or sold out when I needed them the most. I always need to continue the march, period.
Start planning today. If you can feel something, it is dead on and just a matter of time before she leaves. No extra money will solve this when people are stressed and it isn't their company. They have limits, you do not when it is your dime.
Just needed to tell you what you needed to hear, not want we all wanted to hear and believe...
Good luck and at least you had the balls to start this and run it full force for a year. Most people punk out and quit before the end of the first quarter of the game of their own business.
