I am 99% sure this site is fixed. What network is their poker site on? The beats I take at this place are literally laughable. Almost always on the bubble too.

All in preflop, AA losing to A3, QQ losing to 2 8 off, these are beats I take on a REGULAR basis there. I'm not talking about once a day, I'm saying that pretty much every single SNG I get knocked out of is on a beat like this.

I remember back in the day Stars and others had their sites audited and accredited by 3rd parties, I'm assuming that is not the case anymore. Is there anyone or anywhere that could analyze my hand histories and confirm that this place is rigged? :think2:

No I'm not just bitter cause I just got knocked out of a tournament, this has been eating at me for awhile now.

Sounds to me like the other players are playing at a level where they don't care if they win or lose.

I remember many a night where I would end a long session of 5/10 NL online poker by dropping down to a 1/2 table and play like a jackass. I cleaned many a 1/2 table out doing that. Of particular note was a table I came to where one guy was pushing the others around with aggressive betting. I decided to be an online a-hole and I called this guy out. Told him I was going to clean him out. I then proceeded to do just that --- playing like an idiot (destressing from high limits games). I am 100% sure that guy left the table thinking everything was rigged. I think I even gave him a count down on the number of hands it would take me to clean him out. I wouldn't be surprised if he left the site entirely. Poker is just a f'd up game.

So here's a good one. Right after posting this last night I played a 9 man. Made it into the final 3 somehow, was sitting 2nd in chips. Raised PF on button with A3, SB was chip leader and came along. A 9 3 rainbow flop, he donk shoves into me, I snap call with aces up, he turns over Q 10.

8 turn, J river.

It's a joke.

First off it's not operated by them. It is operated by True Poker.
Customer support is of no value to you if you have problems as they will tell you the room is operated by their provider.
In return for this arrangement, True Poker gets to have a sportsbook.
This whole network Yatahay is very small and the only rooms are those that do their own cashier as the network doesn't do any of it.
You can't get any of the network perks if that's what you want to call them from 5 Dimes. Just a small example is the first deposit freerolls.
I wouldn't recommend playing any poker on 5 Dimes or Yatahay at all. It's a waste of your time and as the OP you won't be happy.
Stay far far away.

Just had to LOL. Anyway I got 5th which cashed like $5. Well THAT was worth 4 hours of my Saturday. Hahaha

Man that's ridiculous...

Bummer you can't play at stars, tilt, or party poker... this are the only trustworthy sites IMO... i've played in the uk ones... RNG sucks, 888, redkings, betfair, etc.

Stupid gambling act.

Yeah I don't know what it is, I don't get the feeling I'm playing against bots or anything. Just idiots that catch damn near every time. If I am in as a 60-70% favorite I don't even watch the cards come out anymore, I just lose at a 97% clip.

Like tonight, I had $7 left after that MTT and I played a $3 sng. 5 of us left and table maniac is shoving left and right, finally I pick up AK and look him up, he's got K 10. I don't even have to watch cause I know what's gonna happen. Boards comes out

A 7 8 9 6

Love how they let me flop an ace so I could think I was good for a second, heh.

Anyway I play at stakes where it doesn't bother me financially when I lose, but it's just so frustrating. Why even play when you can't win no matter how good you get in?

And the most frustrating part by far is these guys talk shit too after they win as a huge dog.

True story, there is one guy there that I consistently tangle with and he always gets in bad and beats me. Yesterday we were on the bubble of a 9 man and he shoves into me preflop, I have tens and call him. He has 6 8 offsuit, hits 4 runners to make a flush. Then he goes "hahaha thanks idiot". How do you even begin to argue with that? Would pay good money to meet this guy in a dark alley.

Strategy is to keep terrible players evenly winning or breaking close to even so they keep playing, I think is an RNG that focuses on leveling the winning ratios to keep players and have more volume, which ultimately gives them more profits. Small poker rooms probably need these kind of strategies to be financially profitable... and good ol' greed. What keeps them from doing so?

We as online poker players take these risks knowing how shit can go... I hope USA players can someday come back, we need the good old days, online poker is dying.

did not want to start a thread about this but same thing happens to me, like to play omaha, and if you are the big favorite before the flop, you are not going to come close to winning half the time. Don't play that much money or that often, but go back every couple weeks I guess just to confirm that nothing has changed. By the way for anybody that does not know this, 5 dimes, bookmaker and betdsi all use the same poker room and you can't be on more than one of these at a time.

Fish Pond is on the Equity Poker Network. It's open to 5 Dimes players only, there isn't any other players in this room. They give 50% rake back, however the play is absolutely horrible. Bad Beats are common and not the exception. Almost every flop is either a flush draw, straight draw or high card draw. It's almost predictable to a sense.

5 Dimes has THREE different poker rooms you can play on. All of them are horrible and to stay away from.

The fish pond room will have at most 1 table going. They have no tournaments except freeroll type tournaments for Bonus Play in the sportsbook. However if you decide to go there and try these out, be sure to read the rules. The rebuys and add ons are different prices and are not the 1 cent price you will pay to enter any of these.

A buddy of mine plays on patriots of poker on a small network called plutos He has sent me screen shots of pots he's won and I just laugh. I think it may have something to do with almost all of the players being from Italy. He's from Canada and does well. I think players these day just suck or play any two and just try to bluff their way and either get lucky or others perceive them as good.

Back to 5 Dimes, sportsbook great to play in, any of their 3 poker rooms. No thanks.

I wouldn't have large amounts on 5D book tough... cashout whenever you can, and please stay away from 5D poker...

On another note, I encourage you people living in the USA to play at bovada instead, I'm not 100% sure on this but my feelings are that they are trustworthy as they are not greedy or unreliable... even if it's anonymous poker... is way more trusted than 5D in general.

I worked for a very little time over there (when it was bodog) and I felt they really did most things right and their intention was always to provide best service... that's back when they were here... now they are located in malasya, singapur or some place like that and I can't say things haven't changed. Truth is, we all poker players in the world suffer without you guys at the big sites, hope someday you don't have to depend no longer on this mediocre (at best case scenario) poker rooms.

I have a lot of notes on most players on the Equity network, but I would embrace the anonymous nature of Bovada. I don't invest in a HUD so I feel I am at a disadvantage vs players who have statistics on me that span multiple sessions.

Bovada is about the only option for USA players. They have sngs for up to 220 and as low as a dollar. The 35k nightly and the Sunday 100k. Easy to get money in and out of compared to the rest.
