most games were blowouts, very little drama, few upsets

and I'm happy the Spurs dismantled the Heat, just found myself watching other alternatives because the games were boring from a competitive standpoint

Yep. usually NBA is opposite. First rounds suck and gets better. this year progressively worse

even the first round was overrated.

There was not one single upset in the 1st round.
Yea you had some series go 7 games but in the end there was not one upset.

There was not a single series in the entire playoffs where a dog of more then maybe +130 won.

Every series in every round went almost exactly like it was predicted.

I think it's the whole team in general that gets (and deserves) the hate. Lebron still gets hate for his ridiculously stupid "taking my talents to miami" ordeal. It's hard to shake something so bad.

Part of it is because of the general attitude of the whole team and I think another part of it is all the obnoxious band wagon heat fans.

He's not "clearly the best player on the planet by far." Durant got the MVP. Kawhi outplayed him in games 3&4.

He might be the best player in the NBA, but it's not "by far."

I don't hate LeBron, I respect his talent. I do agree with your comments about Wade and Bosh.

Probably right. The Heat fans are a bunch of frauds....no doubt about that.

It is by far and he is clearly the best player on the planet.....that mvp was a joke. Take durant off okc and they still win games....hell it took them 7 games to get past memphis and he's got westbrook. Did you watch durant in the playoffs? He was not good and often disapperared......take lebron off the heat and you got a 25 win team.

I blame part of Durant's "disappearance" at times to Brooks and Westbrook. They have a shitty coach, and Westbrook at times plays without a brain. The OKC offense is like the opposite of the Spurs...

Alot of the drama disappeared but the end result was beautifuly. My only thought going into this season was 'Please don't let the Heat 3peat, we'll never hear the end of it.
