30 mil is a joke, as all of the stars have HUGE backend deals and marketing deals,,,, the only people the 30 mil REALLY matters too are the agents and the teams bottom lines,,,

youre underestimating how much 30 million dollars is...

even the top 1% would care about 30mil..

In Melo's case its probably more then 30 mil.

You are leaving the #1 media market in the world.
This would also hurt him on endorsement deals which would lead to more then 30mil down the road.

30 mil is 30 mil.

And the mindset of an ultimate competitor is that they probably think deep down inside they can win eventually where they are right now with the extra 30 mil so why leave?

If it was me. Absolutely yes. I am that much of a competitive person and I would want that championship.

It all depends what he values more.

For me, it would depend more on whether my family and I enjoyed the city, I'd stay...

but assuming all that equal.. I'm taking the extra 30 mil and hope I can find a way to win here.

No.

It wouldn't even be a consideration to leave $30 million on the table.

By the way, Lebron made more than $30 million when Beats sold to Apple...

sources say the 29-year-old was finalizing what is believed to be the biggest equity cash payout for a professional athlete in history as part of Apple's recent $3 billion purchase of Beats Electronics. Sources briefed on the situation say James realized a profit of more than $30 million in cash and stock in the Beats sale after he had struck a deal to get a small stake in the company at its inception in 2008 in exchange for promoting its high-end headphones.

The one in Florida? I am great friends with a real estate agent down the who is just killing it. She is having 2-3closing a week it seems. It does not hurt that she is a very hot blonde who loves to party and have fun.
