At the same time Holland beating Spain 5-1, Costa Rica beating Uruguay 3-1 or Argentina beating Bosnia 2-1 (imo o/u line was 3 by the way) doesn't really give you much insight on the scoring you should expect in a game between f.e. Iran and Nigeria. It's just a small sample so far and probably will sort of even out the more this competition goes on.
Just saying I'd be extremely cautious about betting any game involving Germany under, but wouldn't shy away from an under bet because in general this wc has seen a bunch of goals.
Iran almost always a good under bet because of their style unless they play a far superior side like ARG. But easy to say this at ht, didn't make any bets though.
Would also expect Nigeria to score in the 2nd half and win it by 1-0, Iran's only real scoring threat are set pieces, very slow transition game, little to no movement away from the ball.
